Flattening and Sliding Plant Coils

The coil leveling and sliding plant, activated by CSM Lo Cascio of Caltanissetta, expands the already vast range of processing and transformation of steel products. This plant allows the company to guarantee, as a sheet metal service center, a wide choice of processing in both widths and thicknesses. Thanks to the new production lines, it is possible to slide and cut coils with minimum widths of 250 mm and maximum widths of 2,000 mm, and thicknesses between 0.5 and 8 mm.

The new CSM Lo Cascio sheet metal center not only has cutting-edge facilities located in the new factories, but also benefits from a solid sales organization supported by its own distribution structure. The flattening lines and cut

Longitudinal cuts

For materials with Rm ≤ 700 N/mm²:

- Minimum width: 70 mm

- Thicknesses: minimum 0.5 mm - maximum 3 mm

For materials with Rm ≤ 430 N/mm²:

- Minimum width: 750 mm

- Thicknesses: minimum 3 mm - maximum 8 mm

Cross Cuts

For materials with Rm ≤ 700 N/mm²:

- Minimum width: 250 mm

- Thicknesses: minimum 0.5 mm - maximum 3 mm

For materials with Rm ≤ 430 N/mm²:

- Minimum width: 1,000 mm

- Thicknesses: minimum 3 mm - maximum 8 mm
